I sent a photo and LOR to the address below. Sent Aug 2010 and receievd RTS 19 Oct 10.

Monk, as in the tv show?
They stopped filming that over a year ago. You will have to try the actors separate at their agencies.

This. If you google Tony you could probably find his updated talent agency... if its not on here. He is great with fanmail as far as I know
