I sent a letter, picture and SASE to John on 24th September and received my picture signed back today He also kindly included his own signed picture as well I'm really happy about this because John is my favourite actor and I have written to him before at his agent's address without getting a reply. Congrats Elphie! I met him at the stage door after the show and he signed and had photos done with lots of people. He was very shy though, bless him.

He doesn't seem like one to be shy haha. He is a fabulous actor though

What makes you say that? He looked quite uncomfortable, probably due to the large number of people there that night (about 40). He's probably better on smaller scale. I wouldnt personally do it again if I saw him in another play.
