I wrote her using the address which was shown on her official website in October, I think. Haven't gotten her response yet, but happily waiting for it!

Did you ask her to personalize it ,or does she automatically do that now.

I've got mine from the 3 Musketeers set in Germany a few month ago.
Every success i saw from her was personalized.

But if you write to her agency you often get only a sec signature.

Edit: Sorry, that was a poorly set out post. I meant to say I believe her agency responses are ap, not sec. I think the ops auto is authentic though!
