Hello everybody! This is a bit late, I am sorry. In June last year, I sent to "Freida Pinto" via "Immortals". I received probably the best reply I have ever gotten in this hobby. When my friend Velvetgold gave me "The rise of the apes" address, I noticed Freida Pinto was in it. I decided to write a thank you note to her, and update her about how the things in my original letter turned out. I did not send anything to be signed, as she signed more then enough last time, and I did not want to be viewed as an "ebayer" in any way. I sent a SAE, and said if she felt like replying, that would be wonderful. If not, that was more then acceptable.
No one seemed to receive a reply, so I presumed fanmail was not passed on. Then late in the year, a few people posted successes from "Rise of the Apes". Sure enough, a few days later, on Dec. 30th, I got an envelope from India. I knew instantly who it was. I received a pp letter that everyone else got, but in addition I received a short, but REALLY sweet handwritten note from Freida ! My final success of the year, and most likely my second best. Nothing will top the surprise I got from my first Freida Pinto success! Anyway here are the pics:

Oh my! She is so nice!! So nice of her to reply to you and write a note She is so thankful for her fans and that shows when she takes the time to reply to all the fan mail she gets.

I agree with both of you ^ Granted, I would still watch her movies (or any celeb whose work I like for that matter), with or without a response, but it certainly makes you feel really good about supporting their work, knowing that a celeb truly cares!
