I didn't know if this would work, but I decided to try. I heard that Tina Fey was doing a signing of her new book, "Bossypants," at the Union Square Barnes and Noble in New York City on April 8th, 2011. I was unable to go, but I called the bookstore to see if I might be able to purchase a signed copy. They told me that she was going to be signing all the books ahead of time, as the signing was actually a Q&A session, and that there would probably be some left over, so I should call back as soon as the store opened the next day.

I did, and they were more than happy to sell me a copy, which arrived on April 13th, 2011! Because they were presigned, it's not personalized, but I don't care, I'm really happy to have it! The autograph bled through a bit onto the page behind it, too.

Tina Fey is a true comic genius, so I'm really pleased to have had this success!

Congratz!! I told him it could go in either one, as long as he clarified it was via a bookstore. and technically he did get it TTM.
