Having got Carol Kane, I was thrilled to also receive Ellen Burstyn on the same day!!!! Again the London West End play they were both starring in (address No longer valid), on 23rd March I sent a LOR, SAE and 3 photos, on 11th May I received them all signed! Fantastic actress!
