Disappointment on August 19th, I had written to the stage manager of
How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying and requested for an autographed playbill. What I got instead was this stupid letter, I was so

with this that I tore up the envelope it came in.

As far as I know they only replied to Daniel Requests, not signed playbills.

You ripping up the letter part made me laugh, I'm sorry

You sound like me when I get something I'm not happy with, hahaha.
I'm sorry it didn't work out.... I guess they must have received a crazy number of requests for this.

Velvetgold, I was like wtf how hard is it to get a playbill and run to each perform & have them autograph it?? Now I am hoping my letter I sent to Daniel "Harry Potter" Radcliffe via that same address gets me a success like it has for so many people here on the fanmail.biz forum.

People seem to be forgetting an autograph is a
privilege, no one has to send us anything. They're busy people, with lives, and friends and family. Maybe not all of them chose to respond to mail. The list is endless. Point is they tried to explain why they couldnt answer your playbill request, as they couldnt to many others. It can be costly and theater is already struggling enough as it is.

I know it's frustrating but it happens.
Best of Luck on getting your Daniel back.

Good News, Good News, today in the mail I got a 4x6 autograph from Harry Potter himself. I will be posting that success shortly however, just wanted everyone to know that I am another in a long line here that received an autograph success from Daniel.

Well keep in mind that when you're putting together a big production, it's an incredibly busy environment and if they received like 50 requests, I can kinda understand why they can't adhere to everyone. Its one thing if an actor is sitting alone in his dressing room replying to his own mail, but it's a lot of work for the stage manager to get entire casts to sign numerous playbills... his priority is stage managing, not replying to fanmail!

Hi paleo007
Thank you for your feedback
Would you have a scan of the envelope you received please?
If so, you are in the run for the $10 gift certificate.
