Hey Everyone..Today I got one of my favorite bands back, and that is Avenged Sevenfold. I really didn't think I had a shot of getting them back, but I thought what would hurt on trying, and glad I did. I wrote them a 2 page heartfelt letter about how much I love them and there music, and how sad it was when Jimmy "The Rev" (Drummer) passed away. I sent them a 8x10 and a SASE. Today I got it signed by the band. I couldn't be happier!!

Thats a freaking awesome success!! I love A7X, they're albums are awesome but they are even better live!! I think I'll have to try and get them while they are on the uproar tour

Waw, that's just awesome! I'm really hoping that I'm going to get mine too.
I'm from Europe and I sent a letter to a VV concert they will be having in a month in Florida (hope it's not too soon or too early for that, in any case I wrote ''please hold on for..'' and everything) and one letter to their actual address in the data base... I really hope it's going to be a success even for me, since I'm really trying to get them :s

I tried them once but I got a RTS...Great success !

Hey consider yourself lucky! I sent to them, and never heard anything back... No RTS or anything. It's been well over a month, so Im considering it a failure, but I would have atleast liked to get a RTS so i could get my pic and letter back so i could try again with them
