I honestly believe there should be an age limit on this forum. Because all of the drama that comes up on these threads are all from younger kids, that obviously have not been raised well by their parents.

what does he owe you? I would ask for a reciept of shipment. It doesn't prove it'll get to you or where it's located but it'll prove that he sent it. I think it costs a few bucks. But I know someone from Aust. and they said they have those.
