After my 1st unlucky auto I recieved from him was terribly bent, I decieded to write him again and explained to him my situation and asked politely if he would please send me another one. and he did! I think this was a pretty quick success and I'm very happy with it.

Thanks! Yeah I totally agree with you, Now that the Harry Potter films are over, it's nice of him to reply back to fans.
