sent: SASE, 2 photos, LOR in September
rcvd: 2 photos unsigned+2 PP October 24
very disappointed

the fact that I got my picture back is fine, but someone was drinking coffee and spilled on the envelope containing the photographs. Therefore, photo damaged. The envelope was marked "damaged." So I did not feel joy.
