Mailed about 3 weeks ago. Sent LOR, SASE, and 3 pictures

received 02/09/12 got all 3 pictures back but only one was signed.

Until the end of February/beginning of March. If you sent around the 30th of January, it has been taking him about 2 weeks on average, so you should hopefully have yours back next week.
