I'm very sorry to say this isn't real. If you check other feedback for her you will see she keeps sending Pre Prints.

Równie? dosta?am od niej nadrukowany autograf wysy?aj?c na adres via venue w zesz?ym roku. Szkoda, ?e nie wysy?a orygina?ów...Ale lepszy nadruk ni? nic, cnie?
