He sure is!! I put a post it on the photo I sent him (which was returned unsigned..probably because it was from The Covenant) so thats prob why he personalized it.

The studio forwards all of his mail to his LA agency (you can see from the postmark), so I think even if you send when they are not filming he will still get it!
