Today I received a success from Jim Parsons
sent: LOR SASE on June 1st
Received: an autograph playbill by the whole cast from Harvey in my SASE on June 8th
address used

Hi! just wondering did you send the playbill for them to sign or did they send you one upon your request? also do you include postage?

You send them a SASE and letter of request, and they send a signed Playbill back. You don't need to print one out.

You send them a SASE and letter of request, and they send a signed Playbill back. You don't need to print one out.
Ok thanks! One last thing, when you address it do you address it to one person or did you put, as an example, "cast of harvey"

If you want one cast member, address it to them. If you want the whole cast, just address it c/o 'Stage Manager' and the manager will get a signed Playbill from the stack and mail it to you.

so it would look like this? for example:

or wold stage manager be at the top?
