Evita failure

I sent a letter and SAE with US Stamps on to the Stage Manager on: 16th April 2012, and on Monday I recieved this letter back saying ' due to the overwheming demand, they can't send a signed playbill'. 
Just hope my request from Ricky comes back for one.
