What is th reason for the RTS please?
Would you have a scan of the RTS envelope you received?

When did you send your letter? I sent back at the end of Dec but haven't heard anything yet

I sent mine at the 6th of June.

The office has been closed since April and no one is at that address.
Try again in late July/early August when the office will be open again.
