Simon Cowell failure and pp success

I sent a photo of me and Simon when i met him, letter and SAE to Simon on: 10th May 2012, and today I recieved my photo back unsigned 
plus a pp photo, in a bigger envelope, mine wasn't returned. Better than nothing i suppose.
