Alan Rickman failure!

I sent a photo, which was never returned when he did brodway, letter and SAE with US Stamp on to Alan on: 16th July 2012, and today I recieved my photo back unsigned, along with a note saying Mr Rickman has left Savannah. :(

Address I used was the CBGB address.

How is this a failure if you got a phoito back signed?
