David Suchet Q+A failure but great success

I sent a letter asking some questions, and SAE to David on: 1st August 2012, and today I recieved this signed and personalized photo from David, plus note saying ' sorry but its impossible to reply personally to all the letters I recieve'. 
But he sent me a signed and personalized photo though.
