I wasn't sure where to post this but this seems like a good place too.

I wanted to know if someone could tell me the best time to send VV fan mail?

I want to send Nicki Minaj and Justin Beiber fan mail via the venue The O2 Arena in London but I don't know the best time to do it? Should I do it a few weeks before, one week or a few days? I don't want to send it too earlier or too late.

Call the arena and find out in advance if they forward fan mail. If they do, find out from them when is a good time to send it.
If they don't forward fan mail---abort.

I have already emailed the arena about passing on fan mail but didn't ask when is should send it. Will ask if they reply which they should. Thank you.

Send it so that it gets there just a couple of days before the gig

Rappers are awful about responding to fanmail-- it's a general rule of thumb. Save those stamps you were going to send for Nicki Minaj for someone else.

I know everyone says Nicki Minaj could be bad with fan mail and I should save my stamps but I might not need too. The O2 said that they will pass on fan mail via their customer service on the night of the event! So cool. Might just hand it too them on the night I see her and then hope she just sends it back
