On 3rd October 2012 I sent SASE, LOR and 2x 6x4 pictures to Dan Stevens at the below address:

Play finishes 10th February but I don't know if Dan is there for the whole run.
Got my pictures back today, pleased at the fast turnaround. My Dad lives in NY and our letters usually take 3 days each way but with Fanmail you never know!
