David Witts disappointing success but great success

I sent a letter asking some questions, and SAE to David as well as 2 others on: 12th October 2012, and on Saturday I recieved this signed photo personalized with a note on the back ' saying that the cast can't answer questions sent to them. Im confused as ive got questions back answered from Eastenders before.
