oh well, sorry for annoying and i don't even know if i put it in the right forum sorry for that. well, the European Music Awards will be this year (nov 11) here in Germany and there will be artists like Taylor Swift (she will sing there) so well, i wanted to ask if i can send a letter to the place where it is to except her to sign my photos? sorry about confusing it will be my first time VV and i wanted to ask u if i can send to the address of the place where the EMA's will be with having hope of getting Taylor to sign. THANKS IF U CAN HELP ME!

Your post is a request there's a Via Venue Request forum, just so you know.
As far as your question I wouldn't really know but as a guess it's an award show so I'd expect anyone going to be doing everything else but sign from letter requests. Being there in person might be different.
If you know where the location is (building) maybe call or email them? But honestly I wouldn't bother myself.

1. Taylor doesn't sign anymore. (Hasn't signed in 2 years..ISH)
2. Should NEVER send to award shows.
(They don't get passed on.)
