I sent 2 seperate requests to Rob one for a signed photo, and the other with a Q+A, both sent on the 23rd September 2012, and today I recieved my Q+A back answered, also he sent me a signed and personalized photo, both sent in my Q+A SAE, the other SAE wasn't returned. still very happy.
