I'm new on this site and i've a question.

How do you send VV from The Netherlands?

You need to add a SASE But also IRCs.
International Reply Coupons.
They can be traded for stamps. You usually need one or two. Depending on how big your letter is.
You can get them at your post office.

It helped half, but here we can't buy IRCs anymore.

I cant find IRCs anywhere...

If you can't get IRC's then get US$ bills through a bank/travel agency and send a few with your request.

Or Bri0626 here on the forum sells US postage stamps (Autograph Exchange/Sale forum)

www.patrick-parzefall.de i dont know if they ship to the netherlands. Try or ask. They are really nice and you always have better chances VV if you use stamps! I just use ircs when i send to agencys. Look on the web. Im sure you will find some sites who sell and ship stamps to your country! Greets
