Sent: LOR, SAE, 1 photo on October 25, 2012.
Received: 1 photo signed in my SAE via DHL mail on December 6, 2012.

I can't explain it because I really have no idea how it works! I sent a regular SAE (I didn't have the right stamps) and he sent it back to me through DHL. You'll have to read about it on their website.
