I called the DAR constitution hall and they told me they pass on fanmail so R.Kelly is apparently too good to sign autographs. This was my second attempt and the first one i never got back but it must been refused too. Huge disappointment.

This may sound bad, but African american artists and rappers are HORRIBLE with fan mail. People will get the occasional Nicki or Trey, but other than that: Lil Wayne (when not in jail), Rihanna, Eminem, Alicia Keys, Janet, T.I., and so many more are horrible with mail...

I think they just don't give a crap. They'd sign in person, but a "gangsta" rapper ain't gonna be bothered or wooed by a lovely letter know are they. Bastards.
