I have to say, I'm even more disappointed about this since I keep seeing people posting successes from this address! I tried to send a letter to Clémence Poésy via "Cyrano de Bergerac" but it came back to me RTS as an insufficient address. I hope she does another show soon so I can try again!

That's the frustrating thing! I have absolutely no idea. It's formatted exactly like every other via venue address I've written to, with a complete, full address. There's no reason why it should have been returned as an invalid address, especially when other people have gotten successes from the very same address! :/
