I sent a pickguard to Axl Rose VV to the Joint a little over
a year ago when Guns n Roses was playing a concert there.

I think most likely Axl refused to sign it because he does have
a reputation of being a jerk.

I didn't think that The Joint in the Hard Rock passed on fanmail. So it could be that instead...

I didnt see The Joint on the list of places that dont pass on fanmail.

But, you could be right though.
