Maxine Peake confusing success

I sent a letter and SAE to Maxine on: 24th April 2012, and today I recieved this photo from her in my SAE, which says ' i seem to have mislaid your picture, so Sorry', I didn't send her any photo 
I asked for a signed photo, im confused by this, as well as the note, she also included a signed newspaper cutting from her theatre show. miss Julie, still really pleased with this success.
