Erin Boag partical success but partical failure

I sent a photo letter and SAE addressed to both Erin Boag and Richard Arnold as well as 6 others in one envelope on: 21st November 2012, and today I recieved the photo back just signed by Erin. 
Better than nothing though, still really happy.
