It kinda looks like her autograph but i can see alot of starts and stops like someone took 5 minutes trying to copy her autograph haha So i would say its either fake or maybe britney was just really drunk lol Either is possible

The ink doesnt flow well and it looks like
it was written slowly.

Usually people write their signatures fast.
