he's the singer that sings "Remember When"...he was actually in my town doing a concert with Phillip Phillips, Cody Simpson & Megan & Liz back in December. I wrote to the venue back then since I couldn't go to the concert and I received the picture back today 2-15-13 was really happy about it didn't think I would get it back since it's been a few months since i sent it.
