Vernon Kay success + Failure

I sent two seperate requests to Vernon, one with Q+A as well as 6 others in one envelope on: 8th January 2013, and one with photo to be signed as well as 8 others in one envelope on: 11th January 2013, and today I recieved my photo back signed and personalized by him, in my Q+A envelope, the other SAE was not returned, still really happy.
