Downton Abbey Failure :( (Update:Success)

I wrote to Lesley Nicol, Michelle Dockery, Laura Carmichael, Sophie McShera, Rob James-Collier, and Phyllis Logan via the Ealing Studios address in database in early March. I included LORs, SASE, and some photos. Today I received my envelope back completely empty!!! Usually, people get pre-signed photos back from this address. I am extremely disappointed.

That is so stupid. Why didn't they just RTS it? You could've reused your SASE stamps, not to mention your photos. I hate when they do that.

Update: I resent to to them an explained what happened in May and received three photos about 3 weeks later. I got Lesley Nicol, Laura Carmichael, and Phyllis Logan.
Tossed the envelope.

I think it was stupid mistake! They always put a short letter with photos with explenations, greetings etc. So sorry.
