It came back!
This isn't the traditional TTM success, but I did received this back through the mail.

Hilary Duff was doing a book signing for True at a local book store on April 16th. I couldn't pass up the chance to attend, and I also prepared a letter for her. My cousin is a huge fan of her's so I passed her a request to her for my cousin. We were part of the generation that grew up watching Hilary Duff on Lizzie and hearing her songs on the radio. She is definitely one of our favorites, and I am so thrilled to have met her and to see this come back!

I did! Did you attend? I actually attended the signing and passed the mail to her myself. I am not sure if the bookstore forwards the mail.

aww damn...no i just sent my letter to the bookstore.
I emailed them saying that i couldn't come since i live in Germany
and i couldn't pre-order the book from there since they didn't accept pay pal
They said if i pre-order the book there they would forward the letter.
you gave me hope...hmm who knows maybe they did forward it anyway...
Well....we will see
