1st sent to Kim on the 12th July via the ''Sweet Bird of Youth'', I encolsed a SASE, letter and 2 pictures.
On the 19th July I sent SASE, letter and my dvd cover and the inside 'scene leaflet'.
I received all back today and personalised. I originally wrote for my mum who is obsessed with SATC and Ms. Cattrall even signed a picture for my mum.
Shes so kind to her fans and such a great actress.
I dont have a scanner, sorry.
