Sent LOR SAE IRC and two photos to the CANADA address which is no longer valid
received them back yesterday, and he gave me my IRC back:)
at first i was shocked because the silver pen he wrote with was all messed up and I couldn't really tell what he wrote, but my other photo was in there too and that one was okay

For my reply, he signed his name in silver sharpie and added personalization in black sharpie. A bit odd, but it was a nice one.

I don't know if it was that agency but someone got a reply from him from an address in the UK (it was a management address, you can look it up on this site )
