Received: 05.09.2013

I have sent LOR, SAE, photo and IRC. I did receive my photo (without signature) and PP.
I get something extra - my destroyed envelope. They cut my address and paste on the bigger envelope. Why they did not throw away my envelope and sent to me a rubbish? It is ridiculous!
