Bill Cosby Via Venue Failure

I sent a lor, sase, photo to Bill Cosby the last week of September because he was appearing in my city later that week. I didn't hear back, so assumed the venue did not pass on the mail to him. Today, I received my letter, photo back in my sase with a form letter stating that he is unable to handle my request due to high volume.
