sent LOR, photo and SASE to one of his show venues in Westbury , NY (show date 12/6/13) on 12/2/13 received personalized signed photo back on 12/18/13
Note: I originally was going to send it to one of his show venues in PA. I was smart enough to contact the show manager who updated me that this show was cancelled and to try another venue later in his schedule. I contacted the show manager at Westbury who said everything was a green light for GO
