I sent a letter and SAE with US Stamp on to the Stage Manager on: 29th January 2014, and today I recieved this unsigned playbill back plus note saying' if i want a signed one, to send a donation of $20 to the Broadway Cares Charity, can anyone tell me how much that in in English money? I also wondered how do you send money abroad, because they don't have IRC's anymore?.

address I used was:

Stage Manager of ' Beautiful The Carole King Musicial',
Stephen Sondheim Theatre,
124. West 43rd Street,
New York
NY 10036
USA

ADDRESS STILL VALID!!

Here are the pics: Image

IRCs are nothing to do with cash. The recipient just exchanges them for stamps to return your letter.

The letter clearly states that you should send $20 cash or a check (cheque) so I would just send a $20 bill. You should carefully wrap it in a sheet of paper inside an envelope to disguise it from prying eyes inside the envelope with your letter to the Stage Manager. You can easily get $20 from the Post Office. At the current exchange rate it would cost you around £13.

Good luck!
