I sent her just a letter to the venue where she was playing whilst she was on tour here in Australia about a month ago.

I thought I wouldn't get anything back, however I received a signed 8x10 gorgeous photo of her today in her own envelope, postage paid.

There was no return address on the envelope, however, scans are as follows: -
