I sent a letter and SAE to the Stage Manager on: 25th March 2014, and on Saturday I recieved this note back from them, asking for a donation for the signed playbill, understandable though. also on the note it says that they have saved my envelope too.

NPH's autograph isn't worth paying $50 for. Even if it's for a worthy cause.

I wonder if he insisted on the stage managers doing that, or whether they took the decision out of his hands.
