Jane Beacon failure but good success (No Longer Valid)

I sent a photo of all the judges on Dancing On Ice, letter and SAE to Jane Beacon, the producer of Dancing On Ice on: 18th January 2014, asking if she could possibly sign the judges to sign it if possible, today I recieved my photo back unsigned, plus she included a signed photo of Ashley Roberts instead.
