If someone is scheduled for a date at a specific venue and that venue does pass mail on to them, how soon before their event should I send something out?

I usually send out so there's about a 2 or 3 day window from when it arrives to when the date of the show is. That being said, if it includes a day when there's no mail (such as a holiday or Sunday), I'd send about 8 days in advance, but usually I send anywhere between 6-8 days beforehand. Just so there's enough time so that they won't lose it or anything. Artists also have soundcheck the day before the concert, so it's possible that they'd be able to sign during that as well, which is why I give it about a 2-3 day window before it gets there. It's really all about timing. For example, this weekend would probably not be a great time to send anything, since there's the two days in a row with no mail. Anyway, good luck!
