I absolutely adore Trent Reznor and Nine Inch Nails and was disappointed that my wife and I could not go to his recent tour. So I began to send off letters to his various concerts. There was really very little hope because he is famous and these were huge stadiums that I was writing to (it seems like I get better successes if I write to smaller clubs and theaters). To my complete shock I got a reply back in less than 6 tries. He signed one of my photographs, but returned the other photo and the letter I had sent. I remember that this venue came from Pittsburgh. This was really one of my most treasured successes!
