I sent a letter, SASE and 2 4x6 photos on September 6th (for a show on the 24th). Today I received them back signed (one for me and one for my friend)!

I don't know how. I have good luck with US stamps since my post office doesn't sell IRC's.

Yeah, that's every post office in the United States. What I usually do is get stamps off the Royal Mail website, but I have to give this a try next time!
