My brother and I saw "Cabaret" in NYC on January 17th and we had no such luck getting these inserts signed due to the rain. Emma Stone and Alan Cumming were incredible! I sent these inserts from both of us to the stage manager on 1/23/2015 and they arrived at the theatre on 1/26/2015 (I had it tracked). I received them back today (2/14/2015) as a nice Valentine's Day surprise!
The address I used was the following:
Stage Manger
"Cabaret"
The Kit Kat Klub at Studio 54
254 West 54th Street
New York, NY 10019
USA
I also included $10, a letter, and a pre-paid envelope.

I wish you good luck! Hopefully she's been signing a lot before she leaves. I imagine she's busy prepping for Oscar night, though.

If it took you around 16 days to get a response, and I posted about 2 weeks before you did, I would hopefully be expecting a reply within the next couple of weeks, if at all. Unfortunately I didnt send a lot for return postage, because I didnt expect anyone would get a response from her >.<

Did you send $ for return postage or did you use American stamps?
Because I think I'm in the same position as you...

Hello-
I had a pre-paid stamped envelope included in the package that they used to mail it back and I included $10 as a donation. I'm not sure if it helped I addressed it to the stage manager or the fact that I attended the show and wrote about it in my letter. It was horrific weather that week, so signing was not going to happen. I wish you luck!

Yeah I sent dollars. I would presumably have to buy stamps in the US, or whatever- whereas I occasionally pick up like £15 worth of dollars for fanmail so i had some left over.

Oh right cool, yeah that's what I do too! Hopefully we both sent enough dollars to get our replies! Fingers crossed, eh?
